Vik Dewan

Founding Partner

After a decades-long career in banking followed by a second career as CEO of a major not-for-profit organization in Philadelphia, Vik has dedicated himself to creating networks of organizations doing the very best work in areas such as food and shelter scarcity along with other critical issues facing our society today.

“I know first-hand what it means to have funders believe in your mission and want to really move the needle. It’s everything.” 

Now a founding Partner of Doing Good.Well., Vik served as the President and CEO of Philadelphia Zoo supporting global conservation programs, educating over 1.2 million visitors a year, and encouraging humans to care about their role in protecting this planet all species call home. Before joining the Zoo, Vik was part of the executive leadership team at both Wachovia Corporation and CoreStates Financial.

Scott

B. Scott Fisher

Founding Partner

With a 32-year career in banking, Scott has overseen everything from commercial and private banking to brokerage and operations. His deep desire to impact communities and improve people’s lives led him to think about how to put his strong regulatory and compliance experience into action for others. Ultimately, Doing Good. Well. was born.

Recently retired as Chief Executive Officer at Treliant, a compliance and risk firm serving the financial sector nationwide, Scott has a hands-on perspective on future trends and emerging risks. As a founding partner of Doing Good.Well., he brings extensive knowledge and a passion for helping saavy donors wanting to enact sharp philanthropic strategies.

Gavin Kerr

As CEO Mentor of Building Champions, Gavin works alongside clients to map out meaningful work strategies to help them unlock their full leadership potential. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of high-performing leadership roles including as Executive V.P. and COO of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, leading a team of 10,000 healthcare professionals and generating $1B in revenue. He also served as President and CEO of Mercy Health System, overseeing five hospitals, physician practices, academic programs, and home care services.
